Yes, we deliver pan-India. Delivery timelines vary by location - typically 5-10 business days. You can track your order from the Orders section in your dashboard.

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Go to the Orders section in your dashboard and click on the order to see cancellation options. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.

We accept payments via PayU (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) and Shop4U Wallet balance. You can recharge your wallet anytime from your dashboard.

Your Shop4U Wallet stores your referral earnings and recharge balance. You can use the wallet to pay for orders or withdraw funds to your bank account.

Go to your Wallet page, click Withdraw, enter the amount and your bank details. Withdrawals are processed by the finance team within 3-5 business days.

When you register, you receive a unique referral ID. Share it with friends and family - when they join and make purchases, you earn bonuses through our multi-level network system.

Go to the Refer & Earn page in your dashboard. Copy your unique referral link and share it via WhatsApp, social media, or any messaging app. When someone registers through your link, they are automatically added to your network.

Click the Register button on the homepage, fill in your name, email, mobile number, and password. If you have a referral code, enter it during registration to join someone's network.

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we will send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

Log in to your account, go to your Profile page from the sidebar. You can update your name, address, profile picture, and bank details from there.
